Refund Policy

At Riouv, we are dedicated to providing solutions that make your life easier. We stand by the quality of our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@riouv.com.

Cancellation Policy

You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes as processing begins. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident in the results our products deliver. If you’re not happy after a minimum 14-day trial and within the 60-day guarantee period, you can request a return. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email hello@riouv.com. Include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout to help us process your request quickly.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives with a defect or physical damage, please email hello@riouv.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage for review. Replacement eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility. For issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are not eligible for refunds or resends.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, notify us within 24 hours. After this window, we cannot guarantee resends or refunds.
